What is E-Z Own?
E-Z Own is a furniture, appliance and electronic retail company that offers In House Financing with NO Credit Checks.
Founded in Red Wing, MN, E-Z Own has been selling to and financing customers since 1988. We currently have

Do I have to finance my purchase?
NO, You can pay your purchase in full with cash, personal check, money order, cashiers check or most major credit cards.

How do I qualify for the financing if I need it?
BAD CREDIT, NO CREDIT, That's okay. We base our credit decision on the information you give us.
We need you to fill out a Customer Information Sheet, make a copy of your driver's license and social security card.
We'll do our verifications and try to complete them within a 24 hour period.
Once that is complete an E-Z Own representative can explain to you our payment plan.
What we are looking for is that you have stable income and are stable at your current residence. If you have any question contact your local

YES! We have catalogs from our distributors that you can go through.
Just ask a friendly E-Z Own representative to take a look at our thousands of products to choose from in our catalogs.

How does E-Z Own Fast Friendly Financing work?
E-Z Own has over 20 years of In-House Financing experience. After being approved, you pay a small down payment, then E-Z Own can customize your loan to match your budget. Our goal is to get you
the things you want with payments you can afford. [TOP]
When I'm visiting one of your 6 stores, what do the different colored price tags mean?
The WHITE, price tags are on new products. The
YELLOW price tags are placed on previously owned items and are sold as is. [TOP]
Can I pay off my account early without a penalty?
YES! If you pay off your account within 90 days there is NO interest. A $25 administrative fee is non-refundable.
If you payoff your account in 10 months you save yourself 6 months of interest on a 16 month contract. The next question summarizes our 90

How does that 90 Day Interest Free program work?
If you plan on paying your account off within 90 days there are two simple rules. 1) All scheduled payments prior to the 90th day must be made on time with no late fees.
2) The account balance must be paid in full within 90 calendar days of the loan agreement date. And once again, as mention above, the $25 Administrative Fee is non-refundable. Pretty E-Z, isn't it? [TOP]
