The panel on stove

The panel area is sensitive to the touch. Everytime you reach over to the back burner and your body touches the panel it changes the panel. For example, I have set the oven and each time my body touched the panel screen it changes the screen. It's terrible.

FYI, this review system did not allow me to give a review without any stars.We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Gas Range. We had already had one for 12 years and were quite surprised and now infuriated as to the low quality of this appliance compared to the one we had previously. No where is it stated that the gas stove has an electric broiler. If we had known this we never would have purchased it in the first place. Even the sales person did not know. Since this installation, it required a new regulator one week after installation since the gas flame was too high and making a loud noise. The steam "cleaning" system was not working. Called in another repair technician. It was "working". However, the technician said this system does not clean very well vs the self cleaning system. In fact, it barely cleans at all. This was another thing we were not informed about by Frigidaire. The electric broiler is not hot enough. We called Frigidaire for yet another service call. We were told we were on the schedule for today Sunday) and Frigidaire said the appointment was confirmed. No surprise that they did not come since they are closed on Sunday! Do not purchase this unit, you will regret it.

The oven is beautiful and works perfectly. Only have it 2 weeks. The oven gets to temperature in under 3 minutes. There are 5 burners on top. The knobs on the oven are not plastic they are stainless steel which is nice. Very happy with my purchase.

Oven was very simple to install and has easy to level feet. Daily use is very reliable. We really like the different sized burners. The biggest one really boils water and soups fast. Have yet to use the steam bake option but am excited for that. And after cooking cleaning the range up is very easy.

Been using this stove and oven for a week and a half now. The oven got to 400 degrees in 7 minutes and 55 seconds. Light years better than the electric oven we just got rid of. No complaints so far. It™€™s a real joy to cook with. Everything is solid and it looks great too!!

There are a lot of positives about this range. The cooking surface is wonderful and spacious and the oval center burner is exactly what I was looking for. The oven is spacious with the right amount of selections for height placement of the rack. I am also very excited to try the air fryer mode. Front display for oven operation is lovely! The only negative is the broiler having an electric heating element. It is my fault for not seeing that in the product description, but to be honest I never new that was even a thing. I have been cooking for years and have never seem an electric broiler. All that being said I definitely recommend but read all the product description prior.

needed to convert the range to propane and have to replace a part we didn't think was needed to be replaced

We were aware that we were converting to propane and had purchased the conversion kit for this range. A skilled and experienced pro came to our house (we had to find him, not part of Frigidaire) and he was able to do the conversion. However, he was extremely uncomfortable with the oven portion of the conversion kit and ordered a different item to change out what was given us by Frigidaire. It was taking about 30 seconds for the pilot light to light up and start heating the oven. He felt this was not safe.

I am very pleased with the quality of the unit over a few other brands I looked at. Only issue is that there was no griddle with it and the appliance store had to order it and it has been at least 2 weeks and no griddle yet. I have done nothing but use the burners to date and have not tried anything else.
