I bought this same TV on this website 7 months ago and it suddenly stopped working. On 09/07 I called customer service to open a repair request and since then I have had no resolution 10/03. All the contacts were done by me and during the whole timeline LG never supported me in any follow-up. So if you are planning to buy this TV do a favor for yourself and purchase another brand.

Tv display gave up in less than a month. TV got verical lines and stopped displaying anything post that. It was literally 28 days since the purchase when this happened. Despite of it being LGs fault completely I had a tough time getting a refund for this faulty product.

Clear sharp picture with true to life colors.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. It was great having it set up for us. The picture is sharp and clear. Our previous TV had a large light spot from a reflection from the sun making it hard to see about 20 of the right side depending on where I was sitting. This TV does not have that light spot.

I did a lot of homework before buying this TV and I dont regret it. I chose this one because it combined great picture quality WebOS and a great price. The picture quality is excellent and I find it really easy to navigate and find what we are looking for. The remote is good although Im not yet a fan of the magic remote but its easy to bypass. Right now we have no streaming services whatsoever and our rooftop antenna is not yet connected and we have not missed them. Wonderful combination of quality and price in other words good value.

I bought this last Xmas and have had nothing but headaches. I spent many hours on the phone with LG tech support and none were able to resolve the issues I had with the setup. I would not recommend LG products to anyone. I am not a disgruntled customer. I telling it like it is and the experience I had with their customer support and Tech support. Lots to be desired. Now I am stuck with this TV.

Since I bought the TV I had nothing but issues. I called tech support a dozen times and spent hours on the phone. Picture quality is good. Issues: Google assistant set up - turn on and off TV - volume not displaying on screen - setting channel favorites - connecting sound bar - LG channels sometimes erratic - remote control doesnt have back light to see which button to use when room is dark..... some of what I can think of right now.
