Hello its kinda tough to write this but as it is I thought I would take a chance. My wife and I received our LG washer and dryer from my wifes co-worker who was moving. I went with a friend who was taking our set as an exchange for using his company truck. Had mine out and we installed the new set. I ran a few loads and was very impressed. Wife loved the new front load washer that she could get the clothes out of instead of the top load that we had. As we dryer our third load in two days the dryer had an np code showing. Checking as I could we checked into the warranty the previous owner showed me she had on the unit purchased through Home Depot for three years. After months of getting no where last Friday I was told no warranty package was purchased. Funny part was on the letter the owner gave me the warranty was for two years 2020 to 2022. She had written down 11/15/23 as the date. The rep told me there was no two warranty available as it was three years. I told him she had written down the same three years but still told no purchase. Now I am to the point of paying out of pocket for a repair to get my dryer back up and running. Do you have a repair company in my area that could help me out? Maybe help with something? Anything would be great if anything could happen. Its a yes or no question but I thought I would ask. Thanks in advance Sam
