Problem with parts and service

This part would not fit my GRAM computer and I got no satisfaction from LG support and parts people using the LG system. I also texted as suggested by LG support person and sent pictures of what part I needed and how my computer was broken at the connection from adapter to the computer. I texted photos and text to the following number as given to me by LG: 12568576644. I was given no solution to problem over phone or by text even though support person told me he could see my text. He suggested a parts number that I knew did not fit my computer and then got mad when I suggested LG did not make or have the part anymore. Because of my need to do certain work I had to go buy a new computer. You can bet it was not an LG even though I had enjoyed the light weight of the computer.

I bought this external charger to be kept at a different location home/work. I didnt know I also had to purchase a plug for the outlet. Im wondering why it wasnt sold together as a full unit.

My granddaughter negligently allowed her dogs to chew up her laptop charging cable. Because this was not her first instance of such negligence she begged me to help her cover up her crime from her parents. I ordered the cable from LG requested the expedited shipping. The delivery took a couple of days longer than advertised but still timely enough to allow her to avoid the consequences of her mistake.

Stopped working after 8 months

Worked for the laptop for about 8 months and then just stopped working. Called LG as I bought it from them and was told they only have a 90 day warranty on parts. Next time I guess I will need to look at getting a different brand computer.

I bought one last year and was so pleased I bought another this year. As a lawyer I need to carry a quick but light laptop. This is the best and the display is very sharp. The keyboard is very comfortable and easy to use. I couldnt recommend it more. It is so light that it can be carried an any kind of bag.
