No one can fix this

Absolutely loved the picture of this projector. easy to set up and great in low light but very soon into using the projector a white spot showed up. A pixel was burned out and over time 1 turned into 3. Customer service didnt offer a fix.

The picture is clear and sharp. It very bright comparing to my other projectors. Set up is relatively easier than average. The price is lower than similar quality projectors.
