I bought this about 2 months ago. The 1st one came with a large dent on the top and had to be replaced. That took about 6 weeks to get resolved. The 2nd one came and I noticed the drawer was dented in front but I just kept it as I didn't want to go through the customer service process again. I purchased this as my old range (ge profile) was about 20 years old and I wanted a larger cooktop area along with convection and air fryer. I like the cooking surface, front controls and love the water boil burner.I think that is the best feature. I am rating this at 3 stars because the air fryer doesn't cook evenly. Just cooking something simple like french fries get burnt around perimeter while still raw in middle. I think I should have just bought a less expensive model without an air fryer. The other thing I don't like is when the oven is venting out the back left, the back left burner gets air blown on it and possibly can go out if not high enough. If I had to do over I would look for less expensive model without an air fryer and would have purchased at a local store or nearby big box store rather then samsung online. The customer service is hard to communicate with and not very responsive. We had to call SEVERAL times to get 1st unit replaced and each time was like starting over again. That's why I kept the dented 2nd unit.

We purchased the range about a month ago. This range is fantastic! We enjoy the cooking features. There are five oven features, we have used three of the five, Bake, Proofing, and Air Frying. We really like the Air Fryer feature, the oven holds a lot of food and it's easy to air fry a full meal quickly. The Air Fry feature make the best salmon. If you enjoy baking breads, etc. the proofing feature turns out to be a very convenient for letting the dough rise. The control panel display is great; very easy to setup and use

I've had this range a couple weeks and I'm pretty happy with it. It looks great and has served our cooking purposes well so far. There's just a couple things to note: I should've double checked the depth of the opening vs the depth of the range because it sticks out further than I'd want it to. Also, there's a slight bend in the bottom left corner of the pull out drawer; it's barely noticeable and I'll probably live with it. Delivery was pretty seamless and I don't think there was any damage done in the process. I'm just so glad to have a new appliance and this one checks so many boxes.

My first impressions. The stove is beautiful from where you see it, the buttons and the materials are of very good quality. The oven is very spacious and the oven window lets you see perfectly what is inside. In my case it did not fit perfectly into the space designated for the stove and was a little separated from the bottom part. Lighting the stove is something impressive since the handles light up and I like that a lot since we can see which burner is on and that provides security when seeing what the lighting is on and this helps not to forget a burner on. Cooking and baking is a pleasure. But the problem that I found in this device was the synchronization with the Samsung SmartThings application, since it was somewhat difficult to connect the equipment to my smartphone. My experience of using the SmartThings app was bad, as the customization and handling of options for the oven functions is very limited. It is only possible to program the temperature and the cooking time. It is not possible either to be able to ask the assistant to do tasks in the oven, in my case I have Google Home. Another thing that I do not like is having to look through the menu of options for child safety, you have to search between options and make several touches to be able to secure the oven. I think they have to update the software of the stove and improve it. The SmartTings app doesn't help much. I hope they improve it in the future. It is an expensive stove so that it has so many limitations. Update 5/032021 I have been using the stove and what I have seen is that the Smarthings app is not much use, it is difficult to learn how to use the functions, it is not possible to do anything using your commands using the smart assistant, the app is not good, it has difficulties in connecting and linking to the stove, it is not possible to find an instruction manual through the app. I think that is something that needs to be improved a lot. Something that I have also noticed is that the gold burner, the first time I cook, lost its color, I imagine that with constant use it will lose its color.

Where to start there's so many things you can do with this Range it saves time and makes cooking fun. I love the app it allows you to pre-heat your oven in advance, let's say you're coming home and just want to throw a pizza in the oven you can start the oven from anywhere and have it ready by the time you get home. Once you place the food in the oven your timer gives you the option to keep the food warm or keep the oven at the temp or turn off. The app also lets you know when the oven is at temp, it's close to finish time and when your timer is done. I love the air fryer first thing I used it for was to reheat Popeyes chicken and it reheated perfectly tasted like I had just picked it up at the restaurant. The burners are some next level technology it quickly brings large pots of water to boil in no time. It has a built in connected thermometer so you can cook that beef tenderloin to your preferred temp. The led lights around the burners knobs are awesome they also link up with the app and let you know if you let the knobs on.

this stove is awesome. the air fry option works great, and includes an air fry basket (tip: when you use the air fry, put some foil down on the rack below to catch drippings or else it will be all over the bottom of the oven and it won't be fun to clean!). the turbo boil burner is so fast! it takes at least half the time to boil a huge pot of water. the smart dial has a ton of options and this is also a wifi enabled product, so you can work it from your phone in another room. *i received compensation (free backguard) for this review but the review is my own.

purchased this stove in stainless black to replace my old one that was having problems and this one is very nice and sleek. the stove looks so much bigger because it doesnt have the back part of the stove. i was a little scared with the smart dial because i read some reviews that it is very sensitive and you can easily turn on the oven if you get too close to it or bump it. i havent had any issues with it, i love the airfryer feature because it keeps one less appliance off my counter. i would definitely purchase this again.

Something as simple as an upgraded range totally changed my kitchen. When we moved into our home it included some fairly old but functional appliances. My attached photo shows the range that it came with. It was probably a great concept at the time but it was huge, kind of an eyesore and I had issues with the burners igniting. Of course since it was a bit older it was pretty much not repairable. We previously upgraded our fridge from another brand but also in black stainless so when it came time to replace appliances we wanted to match them of course. We really liked the specs and features offered in this range and the black stainless actually matched up well with our fridge and microwave so no issue there. Once our range was delivered and connected we continued setting it up on our own. Things like the grill grates and included accessories were carefully packed inside the oven section and were easy to place together. We really appreciated the center burner with the included cast iron grill plate. We wanted to run the oven to burn off any excess oils some appliances have from assembly so we first did that. Accessing the oven menu with the dial may seem like it'll take getting used to but it's so intuitive and easy to access. There's really no learning curve with this at all. Just a tip with the cast iron grilling plate, I usually season all of my cast iron pieces whether they say preseasoned or not and this was no exception. I, of course did this in my new oven and it came out great. The added dual ring brass power burner doesn't disappoint at all . That burner is our go to and definitely gets hot quickly, it's also able to turn down to a very low flame when needed which is great. One of the other features that stood out to my family were the illuminated knobs, they come in handy for safety . We have two small children and they now learned when they see those lights on that the range is very hot and not to be near it. They also remind us grown ups to turn the burner off in case you forget. Speaking of kids, the finish really is fingerprint resistant which we really appreciate. Lastly and maybe most importantly is the air fryer option! We've had 2 other branded counter top air fryers that were good to use but having it built into our range is even better. We got this range in time for Thanksgiving and put it to use to make some crispy roasted veggies, toasted the marshmallows on our sweet potatoes and baked some great pies! We totally recommend this!

First let me start I finally have the matching set. I got my range it's gas with an air fryer. I'm broiling some steaks which I know will be amazing and then I'm going to air fry some coconut shrimp , I have used every option with the range and everything cooks perfectly. I am planning on trying some the recipes I can find with my smart hub. I'm sure my husband is so happy they have come into my life . The illuminating Knobs, smart probe and touch sensors as well as working with my smart things app. Its all so amazing.

i received this range the day before thanksgiving. it was delivered on-time and installed. it looks great. i ordered it because i had purchased the samsung refrigerator in black stainless steel and decided to replace my oven and dishwasher to match. i like the features on the oven especially the cook space. the oven is roomy. at first some of the burners would not lite but after an hour they all did. i'm very pleased with this purchase.
